I am doing a Langmuir probe sweep in my simulation and I get a result that seems strange. The ambient electron current drops suddenly at the end of the sweep, when the potential is positive, so as far as I know this shouldn’t happen (I wanted to share a picture of the plot, but I got a “Permission denied” message).
I have used nearly identical probe settings in another simulation and this didn’t happen, so I am not sure if this could be a SPIS bug or a convergence problem, or other issue.
