When I am running a simulation, can I stop this current simulation without close the program?

Currently, this is not possible otherwise, but it is planned for future versions.
Before quitting the application, you can extract the data that is being computed (in order not to lose your work when quitting) by going in Solvers/Spis-NUM/Simulation control/extract data
