Hi, i’m new to the SPIS and while trying to redo the example, i get the message about error in numKernelParam. where can i get explanation on this error message? i figured that it is caused by the additional kernel parameter but can someone pinpoint why this error happens. thanks, abul
Message by Ignacio Rocca:
Hi abul, I am new on SPIS too, but this error of numKernelParam does appear because this project that you are opening doesn´t have the additionnal parameters of the numerical kernel. Those archives are on the \NumKernel\Input inside your project.
Best regards, I put one project on the transfer (Validation test of GEO), if you want we can check this project for solve questions together.

I got that mesage when i try to load the example. Now i’m trying to model a cylindrical probe inside a plasma. The problem is when i try to convert the group, i got error message. When i load my *.geo file, the physical group doesn’t seems to be loaded into the group edito. when i use the add function to create group for each points, lines, surfaces and volume (as in the example) and when i print the geo group, i got this message in the log

compare that with the example provided

It seems that the group that i created is not recognised by the group editor as it has no group type and element.
How do you actually transferred the geo group into the workspace?
