Hi all,
I am performing the the pre-processing of my project and I need to know how the R L C circuit between electrical nodes is defined. I read about it on DocSpisNum but is not enough. Can someone help me with this? or tell me where I can search information about those theory?
For other hand, on the SPIS v 4.0 RC the problem “Error in JavaLib: Impossible to load vtkparalelljava” still appear on windows xp.
Thanks
Ignacio

It should be very simple.
You write a simple ASCII file with the syntax described in Controlling from UI (+ links therein), e.g.
R 2 5 1000
plugs a 1 kOhm resistor between supernodes 2 and 5.
Then you type this file name in global parameters (spacecraft section)

Thanks Jean-Francois, I understand how I define those resistors, but my question is about how I calculate this resistor, I mean, what this resistor or capacitor plugged mean and how I can calculate these components? Thanks for your time!
Message by Jean-Francois Roussel:
Concerning conductivity of dielectric coatings the corresponding conductances (surfacic and volumic) are automatically computed when you turn on these conductivities.
You only plug an extra resistor if you physically have one in your system (a physical electronic device), e.g. a decoupling resistor between solar array ground and SC chassis ground.
So you should know about it!

PS: in principle what I just explained is already explained in the documentation
