When the program start, appear a line with an error:
Task loading…Error in JavaLib: Impossible to load vtkParallelJava
Is this a software instalation problems? How do it solve?

Message by Benoit Thiebault:
Your problem comes from the loading of the native VTK layer.
What version of SPIS are you using ?
What is your operating system ?
Has your machine a 64 or a 32 bits processor ?
What is your version of java (type java -version in terminal)

Message by __Juan Pablo Gonzalez __:
Spis 3.7RC09, windows xp, 32 bits processor, Java version 6 (build 1.6.0_07-b06)
Is ok?

Message by Benoit Thiebault:
This should be a compatible configuration.
Is the software carshing or is this just a warning and you can go on using the application ?
We are trying to reproduce this bug on our machines and let you know.

OK, we will investigate this problem.
Can you launch the Cassandra viewer as well or does it crash ?

Message by Jean-Francois Roussel:
I have the same problem, see my log below (DOS window).
Then SPIS-UI seems to work normally but I often have issues of freezing of Cassandra Windows (indeed rather refreshing issues):
Julien said it was probably related to vtkParallelJava loading issue

I also get exactly the same warning message at every startup! My configuration is SPIS 3.7RC09, Windows Xp, Intel Core 2 Duo T9400 2.53Ghz, java version 1.6.0_13. I have also experienced some freezing issues with Cassandra but I’ve no idea if the two things are strictly related! Regards
