It is possible to have some visualisation problems on 3D views. For example, if you load the project called “GeoCaseIII_preset.spis5” defined in the data repository of your SPIS distribution, you can see some problems. Go to the group editor step and if you see some black triangles on the solar panel, this is a 3D visualisation problem.
Personally I solve it with the installation of the drivers of my graphical card. I run spis on linux 64 bits. I change the default installation of the graphical card from the “nouveau” driver to the “nvidia” driver. The installation may be a little bit tricky but it works much better.
